Content:

"Mrs. Bennet is desperate to find rich husbands for her daughters, so the arrival of a charming new neighbour is welcome indeed. Sadly, the friend he brings with him is not. Mr. Darcy seems to have even more pride than money. Nobody likes him - least of all Elizabeth Bennet. But not everyone is who they seem. "

Opinion:

At first, a special thanks to NetGalley, the publisher and the author for this review copy!

Firstly, I wanted to talk about the illustrations. They are so lovely that I immediatelly fell in love with them. The illustrations are perfectlyl fitting for a childrens book.

The text adaption for children is also totally nice and well done. I love "Pride and Prejudice" in general, so I really wanted to read the children's book too. I think that it is understandable for children, especially with the illustrations in the book.

Conclusion:

All in all, it is a very nice book for children, but also parents for reading it to their children or people who love Jane Austen and her stories. I would totally recommend it!
